Welcome to Party Creations. Ken and I (Mary) moved to Oklahoma City in 2003 after he retired from the US Air Force. After working for a party store in Kansas, we wanted to provide a useful and needed service to the community we live in. Our goal is to provide a reasonably priced, full-line service center for the paper products and balloon decorations. Please take time and enjoy our balloon pictures.
